Product Description
EN1.4541 stainless steel is a Ni Cr Mo austenitic stainless steel plate. Its performance is very similar to 304 stainless steel plate. However, due to the addition of metal titanium,it has better grain boundary corrosion resistance and high temperature strength.Due to the addition of metallic titanium, the formation of chromium carbide is effectively controlled.

Manufacturing Process of stainless steel sheet
Raw materials are sending to hot rolling units for rolling into different sizes.
→Hot rolled material is annealing in cold rolled annealing furnace and pickling in acid.
→All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shift .
→All sheets are pickled in different tanks and dried on brush roll machine before dispatched.
→These sheets are again annealing and are sent to straighten machine for straightening.
→Inspections are done at various stages. Keep proper control overall internal process via rolling.

Q1: How about your quality and how do you guarantee the quality?
A: All products we supply is primary as you need, Our company is certificated to ISO9001: 2008, and every product will be tested for 4-5 processes. We welcome customers or the third party inspection agencies to come to our factory for inspection.
Q2: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: For Stocks, we can send the goods to loading port within 7 days after receiving the deposit ; For production period, it usually needs about 15 days ~30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually 30% deposit by TT in advance and balance against copy pf BL or L/C at sight.
