Q1.What are our main products?
A1.Our main products includestainless steel coil and sheets,pipe,bar,all different styles of etched and embossed,surface finished will be customized.
Q2: What payment terms you can deal with?
A2: Mostly we deal with TT terms and L/C,for L/C we need to know which bank to open the L/C and after checking the bank information to decide whether to accpet the L/C.If you have other preference, please negotiate.
Q3.How can you ensure the quality of your product?
A3.All products have to go through three checks in the whole manufacturing process,it includes production,cutting sheets and the packing.
Q4.Can you provide OEM/ODM service?

Q5.What is your delivery time and the supply ability?
A5.The delivery time normally within 15~20working days,we can supply about 3,000tons every month.
Q6.How to pack the products?
A7.Standard export sea-worthy packaging, the inner layer has a waterproof paper outer layer with iron packaging and is fixed with a fumigation wooden pallet. It can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
Q8.About the complaint,quality problem,etc aftersales service,how do you handle it?
A8.We will have certain colleague to follow our order accordingly for each order with professional after-sales service. If any claim happen, we will take our responsibility and compensate as per contract. For better serve our client, we'll keep tracing feedback of our products from clients and that's what make us different from other suppliers. We're customer care enterprise.
