304 stainless steel is a universal stainless steel material, and its rust resistance is stronger than that of 200 series stainless steel. High temperature resistance is also quite good.
304 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance.
For oxidizing acid, it is concluded in the experiment that 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance in nitric acid with concentration ≤ 65% and boiling temperature below. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acids
Stainless steel embossed plate is a kind of embossed pattern applied on the surface of steel plate, which is used for places requiring smoothness and ornamental.
During embossing rolling, the work roll with pattern is used for rolling. The work roll is usually processed with erosive liquid. The concave and convex depth on the plate varies according to the pattern, about 20-30 microns.
The main materials are 201, 202, 304, 316 and other stainless steel plates. The general specifications are 1000 * 2000mm, 1219 * 2438mm, 1219 * 3048mm; It can be opened to an indefinite length or embossed in a whole roll, with a thickness of 0.3mm ~ 2.0mm.
